Policies
Arrival:
If you have booked an appointment in advance, please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to check in, unwind, enjoy a beverage, browse our GO! Gifts, or catch up on the latest neighborhood scoop.
Cancellation Policy:
Makeup&GO! and BUBBLE Blow Dry values your business and appreciates your understanding with regards to our cancellation policy. Please respect our schedule by honoring your appointments. Appointments not honored will be charged 100% of the service cost. If you do need to cancel, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours notice and we are unable to book the time with another client, you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Check-In Policy:
Any appointment that checks in 15 minutes late or thereafter their scheduled time will be moved to the next available appointment slot. This appointment may be subject to 100% of the service cost if we are unable to reschedule on the same day due to no available appointment slots.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks and cash for payment of products and services. Prices subject to change without notice.
Your well being is our number one priority. Therefore, all care is taken while we perform our services. Please also note that all our staff are qualified and accredited within the hair, beauty or cosmetics industries. If you have sensitive skin, suffer from allergies or are unsure please let us know prior to your service.
